Creation of the “Fabrique des saveurs & arômes” with Miel Dubreuil

Miel Dubreuil and Cintech agroalimentaire join forces to create “La Fabrique des saveurs & aromes”, a new business model for innovation, R&D and marketing. The association of a leading creative food processing company with a recognized research and development center is an opportunity to accelerate agri-food innovation to reach new markets and benefit the indUSTRY.

By joining forces, the two Maskoutain companies will generate progress through the creation of innovative products and the development of new technologies around the capture and encapsulation of flavors and aromas, all embodied in a new concept: “La Fabrique des saveurs & aromes”. This innovation unit was created in response to the market’s need for co-manufacturer solutions.

This collaboration, based on the pooling of tools, expertise and technologies, also aims to accelerate the transformation of the Quebec honey industry, which has been at the heart of the Dubreuil family’s business for almost a century.

“Immobilism and the status quo are threats in the economic and structural circumstances of our value chain, and our industry is no exception. When two willingnesses to dare to move and innovate meet, value creation seems obvious. We share with Miel Dubreuil a common vision of innovation and of all the advantages of pooling our resources to accelerate the transformation of our industry.”
Jean Lacroix, CEO, Cintech agroalimentaire

“Our industry has changed a great deal since Miel Dubreuil was founded in 1930, and particularly over the last few decades. We believe that research and innovation are the next steps in our company’s development. We welcome the opportunity to combine our expertise and know-how with those of Cintech’s experts and specialists to lead us into new opportunities.”
